Returns are hassle-free at Chair and Trellis

Need to return an item? Please take a moment to read our Conditions for Return first.

  • Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any non-sale items you purchased from www.ChairAndTrellis.com, for some reason, for a full refund. (Please contact us first regarding this)

  • Goods should be returned in saleable condition to: Chair and Trellis

  • We cannot accept for exchange/refund:
    • Any items returned more than 30 after delivery.
    • Any item that has been worn.
    • Any item that has had the tags removed.
    • Any item that has been washed.
    • Any item that has stains, animal hair, food, or other additions!
    • All items returned must be in new condition.

  • Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that is damaged.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 21 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If it it our error we will take care of all shipping costs.

Where's My Stuff?

Wondering about an order you've already placed?  We choose the fastest service practical to minimize the likelihood of a problem with an order in transit. You can easily contact us for a response within 48 hours if you still didn’t get your item/s within the time that we promise.

Product Availability

We do everything we can to ensure that the goods we have in our shop are available immediately.  Our site is audited daily to confirm that size selections and products shown represent what we have in stock.  Backorders do not exist at Chair and Trellis.com  Why?  Many of our goods are imported and can be purchased only once or twice a year; we do not place items on backorder status if we will not receive more stock for several months.  Also, we want to make sure that your expectations are met as soon as you are ready to make the purchase.

All Prices and Shipping Costs are quoted in US Dollars.

We make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with our response in getting you the product that you want.  This eagerness should bring you back to Chair and Trellis for additional items that you may want for yourself or to give to someone else.
